hello & good day,
on 12/10/09 @ about 2:00pm, i received my ir400t2 headphones. after running a few errands, i returned back home. i un-packed the headphones & followed the set-up instructions. but experienced "no power"! i doubled checked the connection & everything seemed right. i connected the receiver to several outlets in the house. but still "no power"! i called customer service but reached an answering servie. i was advised, customer service is opened from mon-fri. so on the meanwhile, im stuck with a useless product over-the-week-end. hopefully monday i'll be able to reach customer service & re-order another replacement.
